Involve others & build Commitment

David summoned all the officials of Israel to assemble at Jerusalem: the officers over the tribes, the commanders of the divisions in the service of the king, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of all the property and livestock belonging to the king and his sons, together with the palace officials, the warriors and all the brave fighting men.

King David rose to his feet and said: “Listen to me, my fellow Israelites, my people. I had it in my heart to build a house as a place of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, for the footstool of our God, and I made plans to build it. But God said to me, ‘You are not to build a house for my Name, because you are a warrior and have shed blood.’ 1Chronicles 28

It was David’s idea to build the temple but it was important for him to get everyone’s commitment. John Maxwell said, 'One is too small a number to achieve greatness.' It doesn’t matter how talented you may be or how strong physically, everyone needs somebody and the best of us still require some of us to do something great. None of us is ever going to be as good as all of us.

Commitment to a cause or a team isn’t automatic; Commitment is only built through involvement. Without involvement, people sit on the fence, some waiting to cheer if you win but most waiting to boo when you lose. Open the doors; tear down the walls of separation and involve the team that’ll make your dream work. Nothing builds commitment like involvement.

David gave so much in gold silver and other precious materials for the building of the temple, however for the record, everyone gave. When there is involvement, everyone gives.

Teamwork will multiply your efforts and deliver your dream quicker and easier, receive the grace to pick the right team in Jesus’ name. Your Divine overflow shall not be denied.

Genuinely, in remedial field development is helping a lot to stop appalling diseases as experts are using electronic machines for errands and medicinal strategies. You have raised the importance of development in mending offices and in remedial labs extraordinarily well in this significant article that will help us an impressive measure.
